Welcome to CompleteJodi.com, your personal matchmaking platform. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by CompleteJodi.com from time to time. Membership and rights of admission are reserved.

This Terms of Use is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

CompleteJodi.com provides targeted advertising and matchmaking services, functioning as an online platform to advertise and promote matrimonial profiles. The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.

The Site is a serious matchmaking platform to seek a life partner for marriage and is not a casual dating site.

Access to the CompleteJodi.com website is free. We also offer paid Premium Memberships that provide enhanced visibility and promotional services across various CompleteJodi.com features such as Premium Interest Wall, Inbox, Search Results, Email promotions, Chat, SMS, Video Chat, and other promotional properties.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use Agreement

To use the CompleteJodi.com Service you must register as a member on the Website, community sites, or mobile applications (“Site”). CompleteJodi.com is an intermediary as defined under sub-clause (w) of Section 2 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. This Agreement is an electronic contract that establishes the legally binding terms you must accept to use the Site and to become a "Member".

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Member" means a person who voluntarily submits information to the Site whether as a free member or a paid member. "User" shall mean a person who actively uses the Site to promote his/her profile for matchmaking purposes.

By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member and advertise your profile to other Members and use the CompleteJodi.com Service ("Service"), you must read these Terms of Use and follow the instructions in the registration process.

By using the Service you consent to the collection, processing, display and use of personally identifiable information you provide (which may include sensitive personal data where you opt for paid services or submit identity/financial proofs). This information is used to provide the Service and may be shared with other Members for matchmaking purposes. If you object to such collection/processing, please do not register.

If you wish to withdraw consent or object to continuing storage/processing of personal data, you must discontinue using the Service and delete your account by sending an email from your registered email ID to info@completejodi.com. We will not be able to provide Service without your personally identifiable information.

2. Eligibility

1. To register as a Member of CompleteJodi.com or use this Site you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age under applicable law in India (currently, 18 years or over for females and 21 years or over for males).
2. The Site only facilitates personal advertisements for lawful marriage alliances between persons legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws applicable to them. Membership is void where prohibited by law.
3. By using this Site you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; to submit relevant information; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law, order, decree, or injunction from entering into matrimony.
4. You confirm that you intend to seek a life partner and shall not use this Site for casual dating or for commercial purposes. If CompleteJodi.com believes (in its sole discretion) that you are not eligible, have misrepresented facts, or violated these Terms or applicable laws, CompleteJodi.com reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or access without refund.
5. Match suggestions and search results shown to you are based on the partner preference details you submit in your profile.
6. CompleteJodi.com may share information with third parties regarding promotions or offers to our members, but will obtain your prior consent before sharing any of your personal data.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or breach of security and to log out at the end of each session.

4. Term and Termination

1. This Agreement remains effective as long as you use our Site.
2. You may terminate your membership at any time by deleting your profile or by writing to us. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.
3. CompleteJodi.com may terminate or suspend your membership or access for any reason including breach of these Terms, commercial misuse, prohibited activity, or inappropriate conduct, by sending notice to your registered email address. Termination for breach will not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees unless stated otherwise in writing.
4. Provisions intended to survive termination (including those on liability, indemnity, proprietary rights, and dispute resolution) remain effective despite termination.
5. The term of any paid Membership is governed by the specific membership plan purchased.
6. In the event of business discontinuity, CompleteJodi.com shall refund fifty percent (50%) of unused membership fees paid by you.

5. Non-Commercial Use by Members

The Site is for the personal use of members to advertise and promote matrimonial profiles only. Commercial use (including linking to, or promoting, other business services or selling goods) is strictly prohibited. Organizations, companies, or businesses cannot register as members. Unauthorized or illegal use of the Site (such as unauthorized framing or linking) will be investigated and may lead to civil, criminal, or injunctive remedies.

6. Other Terms of Use for Members

1. CompleteJodi.com reserves the right to periodically review account activity and block or restrict access at its discretion.
2. We may restrict or suspend access to accounts based on activity, profile status, or any criteria we deem fit, with prior intimation where practical.
3. By registering you consent to receive emails, SMS/WhatsApp messages and calls from CompleteJodi.com for account communications, verification OTPs, service notifications, marketing promotions and transactional messages. This consent overrides any DND/NCPR preferences you may have registered.
4. Multiple profiles for the same individual are not allowed. We reserve the right to deactivate duplicate profiles without refund.
5. You confirm that all information and content provided by you is accurate. If you create a profile on behalf of another person, you confirm you have their permission. Impersonation is a crime and is prohibited.
6. We encourage you to add government-issued identity documents (Driving Licence, Passport, Aadhar, etc.) and a trust badge to your profile to increase credibility.
7. Except to promote your matrimonial profile, you shall not advertise or solicit other Members to buy or sell products or services without prior written consent.
8. Do not transmit chain letters, spam, or unsolicited mass messages to Members. Misuse of members’ information to harass, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without explicit consent is prohibited.
9. We reserve the right to take steps to protect the Site and Members from abuse or misuse, in our discretion.
10. You shall not use Site services (including Meet/Near Me/Live features) to harass other Members.
11. When using video/live features, interact respectfully and maintain appropriate attire and conduct.
12. Automated processes or bots (IRC bots, scripts, programs) to interact with the Site are prohibited.
13. We may screen and regulate communications/advertisements sent to other Members and delete unwarranted/obscene content at our discretion.
14. Members should exercise common-sense safety precautions; a list of suggested safety tips is made available on the Site. By becoming a Member you agree to read and follow those tips.
15. Members subscribing to premium or select services confirm they have read and agree to those respective terms.

7. Proprietary Rights in the Content on CompleteJodi.com

CompleteJodi.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Site and the Service. The Site may contain copyrighted materials, trademarks and other proprietary information of CompleteJodi.com and/or its licensors. Except for information which is in the public domain or where permission has been obtained from the user, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display or sell such proprietary information without our prior written permission. Any violation may result in termination of membership and legal action.

8. Content Posted on the Site

1. We may remove any listing, content, communication, photograph, or profile ("Content") that, in our sole judgment, violates these Terms or is offensive, illegal, or harmful to Members or the Site.
2. By submitting Content to publicly accessible areas of the Site, you grant CompleteJodi.com a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, store, distribute, reproduce, adapt, modify, publicly perform and display such Content on the Site and related platforms.
3. By submitting your success story you authorize us to publish and display your photographs and testimony on the Site.
4. You are solely responsible for Content you upload or transmit. We do not guarantee accuracy, integrity or quality of Content posted by Members; verify independently before acting on it.
5. We may verify authenticity of Content and ask for documentary proof. Failure to produce satisfactory evidence may result in termination of Membership without refund.
6. The following Content is prohibited and may lead to removal and termination: content promoting hatred, harassment, spam, false or misleading information, illegal activity, copyrighted material without authorization, pornographic material, sexual exploitation of minors, instructions for illegal activities, solicitations of personal data for unlawful purposes, impersonation, and content that threatens national security or public order.
7. Use the Site in compliance with all applicable local, state and national laws.
8. Members cannot include telephone numbers, street addresses, URLs or email addresses in profile fields visible to other Members.

9. Copyright Policy

You must not post copyrighted materials, trademarks or proprietary information without the owner's permission. If you believe your content has been used on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, provide the following:

1. Electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
2. Description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Description of where the infringing material is located on the Site.
4. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

10. Your Interaction with other Members & Member Disputes

You are responsible for your communications with other Members. We may, at our discretion, monitor disputes between Members and take appropriate action. CompleteJodi.com expressly disclaims responsibility for any transactions or interactions among Members. Any dispute between Members must be resolved between the involved parties; we are not obligated to mediate or disclose actions taken against third parties.

11. Contributions & Charitable Collections

1. Where the Site facilitates collection of contributions for third-party initiatives, CompleteJodi.com acts only as a facilitator for collecting such contributions and is not responsible for the end usage of the collected funds unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. Contributions collected via CompleteJodi.com will be handled as per the terms specified at the time of collection; any refunds are subject to those specified terms. Amounts contributed to charitable or social initiatives may not be refundable unless expressly stated.

12. Privacy

Use of the Site and Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information. Please review the Privacy Policy carefully to understand our practices.

13. Disclaimers

1. CompleteJodi.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Site by Users or Members, or for the conduct of any User or Member online or offline.
2. We assume no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion or defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failures, theft or destruction of communications, unauthorized access to communications, or alteration of communications.
3. We are not responsible for technical malfunctions of any telecommunication networks, computer systems, servers, software, or other technical problems that may affect your access to the Site.
4. Under no circumstances will CompleteJodi.com be liable for loss or damage resulting from anyone's use of the Site or Content posted on the Site. Do not provide financial information or send money to other Members.
5. Any exchange of profiles through the Site does not constitute a matrimonial offer or endorsement by CompleteJodi.com. We do not guarantee relationships, compatibility, or outcomes.
6. The Site and Service are provided "AS-IS". CompleteJodi.com expressly disclaims any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. No specific results are guaranteed.
7. CompleteJodi.com is not liable for illegal Content posted by Members or third parties. Liability for posted Content rests with the Member who posted it, and we reserve the right to seek damages from such Member.

14. Limitation on Liability

In no event will CompleteJodi.com be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages (including lost profits) arising from your use of the Site or Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. CompleteJodi.com's total liability to you for any cause will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to CompleteJodi.com for the Service during the term of membership.

15. Jurisdiction

By using the Site you agree that any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, India.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CompleteJodi.com, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees and representatives from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your breach of this Agreement, your representations and warranties, or your fraudulent or unlawful conduct.

17. Other

1. By becoming a Member you agree to receive certain emails from CompleteJodi.com and may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in those emails. You can also manage email preferences via the Site.
2. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and CompleteJodi.com regarding your use of the Site and supersedes any prior agreements between you and the Site. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder will remain in effect.
3. By registering or using the Service you confirm you have read and understood this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from registering or using the Site.
