Cancellation and Refund Policy

Welcome to completejodi.com, your personal matchmaking platform. This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms for your use of the Site and membership. This Agreement may be modified by completejodi.com from time to time. The membership and rights of admissions are reserved.

This Terms of Use is published in accordance with the Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021.

completejodi.com is an advertising platform providing targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replaces the traditional newspaper classified. The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.

The Site is a serious matchmaking platform to seek a life partner for marriage and is not a casual dating site.

Access to the completejodi.com website is free. However, we offer Premium Memberships wherein one can promote his/her Profile on various completejodi.com properties. As we take charges against these services, we have a cancellation and refund policy which will be applicable whenever any user applies or requests for service cancellation or refund.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved as per this policy, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days from the date of confirmation. The amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment, subject to bank or payment gateway processing timelines.

Terms of Cancellation and Refund

Users should agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement and use the service in conformity with all applicable laws. If at any time completejodi.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation, or violated any provisions of the Terms of Use, applicable laws, completejodi.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee.

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by deleting your profile from the Site or writing to completejodi.com. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

completejodi.com may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason including but not limited to the breach of the terms of use, using the service for commercial purposes, engaging in prohibited or inappropriate communication or activity, by sending notice to you at the email address provided by you in your application for membership or such other email address as you may later provide to completejodi.com. If completejodi.com terminates your membership for breach of terms of this Agreement, you will not be entitled to any refund of any Subscription fees, if any, paid by you.

In the event of business discontinuity, the Company shall refund 50% of the unused membership fees paid by you.

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on our Site. completejodi.com reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

completejodi.com owns and retains all proprietary rights in the completejodi.com Site and the completejodi.com Service. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of completejodi.com, and/or its licensors. Except for information in the public domain such as member profiles or for which permission has been obtained from the user, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or an attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by completejodi.com without refund of any of your unused Subscription fees. completejodi.com reserves the right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.

completejodi.com reserves the right to check the authenticity of Content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, completejodi.com may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the Content you post on the Site. If you fail to produce such evidence to the satisfaction of completejodi.com, completejodi.com may, in its sole discretion, terminate your Membership without a refund.

Prohibited Content

The following is an indicative list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited on the Site. completejodi.com will investigate and take appropriate legal action in its sole discretion against anyone who violates this Agreement, including without limitation, removing the offending communication/Content from the Service and terminating the Membership of such violators without a refund.

Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
Harasses or advocates harassment of another person;
Involves transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming";
Promotes false, misleading, or illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libelous;
Promotes illegal or unauthorized copies of copyrighted work;
Contains restricted or password-only access pages or hidden content;
Displays pornographic or sexually explicit material;
Exploits or solicits personal information from anyone under 18;
Provides instructional information about illegal activities;
Solicits passwords or personal identifying information for unlawful purposes;
Engages in unauthorized commercial activities like contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, pyramid schemes;
Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India;
Impersonates another person;
Deceives or misleads others with grossly offensive or menacing messages.

For any reason if completejodi.com agrees to refund the amount paid for subscription, in such an event the amount contributed to charitable causes or CSR initiatives shall not be liable for refund.
